Texturizing process:
During the texturizing process with the help of heat treatment, stretching, virtual warping and adding spin finish oil under the yarn, the yarn becomes softer and fluffier and acquires the property of spring. Also, its light reflection property is also improved and the yarn becomes more matte. .
Intermingle threads (knotted) are generally used as warp threads and plain threads for weft threads in warp and weft fabrics. Simple yarns are generally used in round woven fabrics.

Textured yarns, which are also known as DTY, Troyra and Filament, are produced in three simple types, intermingle (welding) and cummingle (weak welding) in a wide variety of colors and in the grade range of 75 to 1800 denier.
