Краткая история:
Впервые в 1960 году в Японии два вида пряжи с разными свойствами были объединены друг с другом с целью создания различной пряжи, и эта пряжа получила название Сингосэн (что означает новая синтетическая пряжа). Продолжение исследования включало сочетание двух и более видов пряжи с разными характеристиками (особенно термоусадкой). Сегодня пряжа ITY, которая означает смешанную текстурированную пряжу, или интерлоковую крученую пряжу, или чересстрочную текстурированную пряжу, производится из комбинации пряжи POY и FDY с разным процентом усадки. Кроме того, для пряжи ITY также используется термин (BSY) Bi-Shrinkage Yarn, который означает пряжу, которая дает усадку сама по себе.
Способ производства:
Двухэтапный метод:
При двухэтапном методе нити POY и FDY производятся в отдельных процессах, а затем объединяются вместе. Для объединения этих нитей в двухстадийном методе производства обычно используются следующие методы:
Объединение нитей на машине натяжения
Сращивание нитей на вытяжно-крутильной машине
Уплотнение ниток на одноколесном станке
В связи с увеличением использования пряжи ITY в текстильной промышленности указанные способы не являются экономически эффективными, поэтому применяется одностадийный способ производства пряжи ITY.
Одношаговый метод:
Благодаря разработке и оптимизации прядильно-плавильных машин стало возможным производить пряжу ITY за один этап. С помощью этого метода пряжа POY и пряжа FDY производятся и помещаются в прядильную машину. Этот метод увеличивает скорость производства пряжи ITY до более чем 3200 метров в минуту.
Из самотекстурированной комплексной пряжи производят следующие виды тканей:
- Мягкая изнанка ткани Peachskin (кожа персика).
- Шелковое нижнее белье (ткань лоскутная)
- Подчинение Шантунгу
